Paver patios, walkways, and driveways are an important part of your property’s appearance. Code Blue Pressure Washing offers paver cleaning and sealing, with preparation and product selection based on the surface.

Cleaning and Preparation

We assess the pavers, joints, existing coatings, and visible condition before starting. Cleaning removes surface buildup and prepares suitable pavers for sealing. Any needed repairs, joint-sand replacement, or removal of an old coating must be identified and included in the agreed scope.

Sealer Selection

Different sealers produce different appearances. We’ll discuss the proposed product and finish so you know whether to expect a more natural appearance, enhanced color, or added sheen.

The final appearance depends on the paver material, its condition, and any previous treatment.

Drying and Aftercare

Weather and moisture conditions affect scheduling. We allow for appropriate preparation and drying, then provide instructions for keeping people, vehicles, furniture, and water off the treated area while the product cures.

Sealing does not eliminate the need for cleaning or future maintenance. We’ll explain the care requirements for the product used.
